The Enhance Plan package is available to online and onsite clients, and includes the following services:

  • Monthly Body Composition Testing

PERSONAL TRAINING

Train with up to 4 people who have
similar goals and are at a similar fitness level

Personal Training at EnhanceHQ Newstead partners our fantastic Personal Trainers with up to 4 clients who have similar goals and are at a similar fitness level. This makes for a supportive, personal and motivating environment with your Personal Trainer guiding your technique and pushing you to reach your absolute best in every Personal Training session.  We have a Ladies’ Training Program (focused on fat loss, toning and fitness) as well as a Men’s Training Program (focused on muscle gain, strength training and fitness).

What else does Personal Training at EnhanceHQ include?

The Enhance Plan is a part of the Personal Training membership service: although you will be training with other people, you will have your very own exercise program, corrective movement program and personalised meal plan designed specifically to your goals and for your lifestyle. We will also measure you and meet with you every 4-weeks, providing updates and body fat percentages to track your body composition as you go.  This ensures adherence to the plan and goal achievement is top priority, and never forgotten.

PRIVATE COACHING

Private Coaching at EnhanceHQ is the highest
standard of training available

You will work with a Coach 1-on-1 to achieve your goals and maintain accountability towards them.  

Private Coaching enables our Coaches to work with people who have a variety of medical conditions and risk factors in conjunction with doctors, physiotherapists and other allied health practitioners, as well as elite level athletes, training to reach and eclipse the pinnacle of their chosen discipline.  

Private Coaching guarantees the highest standard of service and success, ensuring you get to where you want to be both in health and fitness.
